Increased expression of inflammatory mediators in the plasma after CCA modeling. 36 rabbits (6 rabbits per group) were subjected to cholecystocolonic anastomosis and plasma samples were harvested at each time point. TNF-α (A), IL-10 (B), IL-7 (C) and HMGB-1 (D) were measured as described in Materials and Methods.
