Main study was conducted to measure the number of revertants for Salmonella typhimurium treated with ATEC or DEHP. (A–D) Salmonella typhimurium TA98 (A), TA100 (B), TA1535 (C) and TA1537 (D) strains were treated with ATEC or DEHP in the presence of S9 mix. The number of revertant colonies was counted manually. Data in bar graph represent mean ± SED (n = 3). When the result in experimental group was at least twice higher than that in negative control, it was considered to be positive.
