Measured versus modeled celerity. The color of the large symbols denotes the measured celerity of the respective arrival. Symbols are scaled in size by the signal-to-noise ratio (SnR) of the seismo-acoustic signal. Small colored dots indicate the calculated surface bounce points and their respective celerity as obtained from the acoustic ray tracing.
