Effects of foliar-applied acetic acid on the levels of (a,b) Na+, (c,d) K+, (e,f) Na+/K+ ratio, (g,h) Ca2+, and (i,j) Mg2+ in roots and shoots of mung bean plants subjected to 0, 8 or 16 dS m−1 saline level for 14 days. Values (means ± SEs) of each treatment were attained from three biological replications (n = 3). Different alphabetical letters above the bars show statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) among the treatments, following a least significant difference test.
