Structures and GCGR binding model of [68Ga]Ga-DO3A-S01-GCG (A,C) and the acylated selective GCGR agonist 1-GCG (B,D). The binding model is based on the full-length structure of the GCGR (pdb code: 5yqz). Structural receptor-peptide binding models and images were generated using maestro and PyMOL (Schrödinger, LLC, New York, NY).
