Virulence of P. brasiliensis in Galleria mellonella infection model decreases in silenced PbTufM aRNA isolate. G. mellonella survival after infection with 5 × 106 yeast cells from PbWT, PbEV, and PbTufM aRNA. Controls groups were injected with PBS and heat-killed yeast cells. p < 0.0001 when PbTufM aRNA was compared with PbWT and PbEV.
