Impact of PCA1 on Keap1-Nrf2 signaling pathway in RAW264.7 cells. (A) RAW264.7 cells treated with for PCA1 for 1 h were incubated with LPS for 8 h. the expression of Keap1, Nrf2, and HO-1 were detected using Western blotting. (B) RAW264.7 cells treated with for PCA1 for 2 h were co-cultured with LPS for 2 h. The protein expression of Nrf2 in cytoplasm and nucleus were detected by Western blotting. (C–E) Statistical analysis of the Keap1, Nrf2, and HO-1 content per group. The grouping of gels/blots cropped from different parts of the same gel (targets vs loading control) or different gels (phosphorylation).
