Difference in sensitivity of LS180 cells were exposed to normal serum residue (LS/NSR) and uremic serum residue (LS/USR) to SN-38. LS/NSR (○) and LS/USR cells (●) were seeded into 96-well plates (1.0 × 103 cells/well in 100 µL of medium) and cultured for 24 h, and then were exposed to SN-38 (0–25 nM) for 6 days. The cell viability was assessed using the Quanti BlueTM Cell Viability Assay Kit. Each point represents the mean ± S.E. (n = 4). IC50 values represent the estimated value (95% confidence interval).
