(B) Inhibitory effects of HSP47 siRNA on migration and invasion over a 48-h period were shown using a transwell migration assay. (C) Contractile activity was measured using a collagen gel contraction assay, and the contraction area was measured using an Image J analyzer. Scale bar = 20 μm.
