P60 katanin regulates newborn neuron positioning during neurogenesis in the adult hippocampus. (A–D) Immunohistochemical evaluation of DG shows no difference in the total number of DAPI−, Doublecortin (DCX)- or NeuN-positive cells, but reveals an accumulation of DCX+ neuronal progenitors in the subgranular zone (SGZ) of the DG, in p60 +/− mice.
