From: Screening of suitable cationic dopants for solar absorber material CZTS/Se: A first principles study
The band structures of the pure CZTS/Se and the SbSn, AlZn, GaZn, BaZn doped CZTS/Se, top layer shows for CZTS and bottom layer shows for CZTSe. Blue & red color arrow indicates bulk energy bandgap (Eg) & dopant-bulk energy gap (EI), Fermi level is at 0 eV.
