Blood biochemical changes after influenza vaccine injection. According to the method described in Fig. 1a, blood was collected from each mouse. The biochemical parameters (blood urea nitrogen [BUN], creatinine [Cre], alanine aminotransferase [ALT], aspartate aminotransferase [AST], total bilirubin [T. Bil], albumin [ALB], glucose [Glu], and triglyceride [TG]) in sera were measured by a biochemical analyzer. Each plot indicates the individual animals. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001 (n = 5 in each group).
