Hierarchical clustering analyses (HCA) of metabolomics data from mouse urine. Hierarchical cluster analysis of 32 metabolites in each animal treated with saline, hemagglutinin split vaccine (HAV), or the toxicity reference vaccine (RE). The log2 ratios and scale bars are shown in the resulting tree figure, which was obtained using the Multiple Experiment Viewer software. The values of the metabolite concentrations are listed in Table 2.
