(b) Sampling and instrumentation locations along the hillslope-floodplain transect. Stations PLM3 and PLM6 are at the same elevation, separated by 4.5 m. PLM6 was drilled to install a groundwater monitoring well, but does not contain depth-distributed instrumentation. At station PLM4, samplers and instruments were installed to a maximum depth of 1.3 m due to borehole collapsed. Note that PLM2 is locally elevated by ~2.5 m relative to the overall transect slope.
