An insignificant deviation can be observed both in the lower resistance boundary and in the upper resistance boundary (after 3000 cycles). (d) The hysteresis shows that the initial and final points of the cycles remained the same throughout the cycles, but there was a slight change in resistance between the initial and final points. In general, it can be concluded from the hysteresis that the sensor has remained stable during the durability test.
