Example of a two-dimensional multi-conductor plane circuit system described in the present paper. We regard MLP circuits as distributed-parameter circuits. Lumped-parameter circuits, such as voltage source, resistance, capacitance, or inductance circuits, are connected by distributed-parameter circuits at the boundaries, which provide the boundary conditions. The potential U and current density j depend on the position r and time t.
