Intensity (a) and FWHM (b) map of the specular (0, 0) diffraction spot versus landing energy during deposition of SrTiO3 on sample A. The intensity map in (a) shows a clear change in material, while the FWHM maps in (b) shows sharpening of the diffraction spots. Moreover, the FWHM becomes energy dependent.
