Youden - Index was used to find optimal cut-off values of 483.3 pg/mL and 776.5 pg/mL for preoperative Activin A and Follistatin serum concentrations, respectively. Conversely, we used the median for mature, immature and total number of vessels for dichotomizing patients into low and high subgroups. 1-year, 5-year and 10-year freedom from recurrence and cause specific survival rates are indicated. ^aLog-rank test.
