15-HPGD and Cycloxygenases 1 and 2 exhibit specific patterns in the wild-type implantation site at the time of pregnancy loss in the 15-HPGD knockout mice (dpc 6.5–8.0). In the left column is a schematic representation of the characteristic expression of Cox-1 (blue), Cox-2 (brown) and 15-HPGD (red) at days 6.5, 7.5 and 8.0. In the second column, is the characteristic expression of Cox-1, then the characteristic expression pattern of Cox-2 and then the characteristic expression pattern of 15-HPGD. Typical sections from different embryos shown, n = 2–3 for each.
