Titration of an excess of solid RSV in D2O by plain P90G liposomes. Variation of the amount of (a) phosphatidylcholine and (b) RSV detected by 1H NMR as a function of the total amount of P90G liposomes added in the sample. The red data point corresponds to a total addition of 240 µL and the blue data points correspond to the two subsequent additions of liposome dispersion (see Fig. 6). The confidence intervals correspond to twice the fitting errors.
