Alignment of the amino acid sequence of hPCFT with those of the PCFTs of selected animal species. The amino acid sequence of hPCFT at the vicinity of Gly158 was aligned with those of the designated PCFTs, using ClustalW program, and processed to visualize, using BOXSHADE program.
