Clinical course of 44 patients who completed at least 12 cycles of adjuvant TMZ. The patients were retrospectively divided into two subgroups (low uptake and high uptake) according to the optimal Tmax/Nave cut-off value of 2.0 (See Fig.Ā 1 and Results section for more detail). The 44 patients showed no evidence of tumor recurrence or progression on routine MRI surveillance. TMZ, temozolomide; MRI, magnetic resonance image; Met, methionine.
