Viability of human MDMs 24 h after treatment with LPS and poly(I:C). Data are expressed as viability of treated cells relative to viability of untreated cells. Values are means ± SD of at least three technical replicates. Statistical analysis was performed using a two-tailed t-test. Calculated p-values: 6 well, untreated vs M1: 0.1683; 12 well, untreated vs M1: 0.6438; 24 well, untreated vs M1: 0.8825; 48 well, untreated vs M1: 0.1370; 96 well, untreated vs M1: 0.1180.
