(a) is the sagittal position of the patients’ MRI 3 days post-surgery, and the herniation has disappeared, leaving the posterior longitudinal ligament with the “grape skin” phenomenon. (b) is the axial position of the patient’s MRI 3 days post-surgery, adequate spinal canal decompression can be observed. (c) is the nerve root reconstructed by DTI 3 days post-surgery, no obvious recovery of the compressed nerve microstructure can be observed.
