Cis-interaction of nectin-4 with ErbB2. (a) Cis-interaction of nectin-4 with ErbB2. HEK293E cells were co-transfected with various combinations of the indicated plasmids and cultured. The cells were detached using Accutase and cultured for 1 h in suspension. The cells were collected and lysed, and FLAG-tagged nectin-4 (FLAG-Nectin-4) was immunoprecipitated using an anti-FLAG mAb. The samples were subjected to Western blotting using the indicated Abs. (b) Cis-interaction of endogenous nectin-4 with endogenous ErbB2. SUM190-PT cells were detached using Accutase and cultured for 1 h in suspension. The cells were collected and lysed, and endogenous nectin-4 was immunoprecipitated using an anti-nectin-4 pAb. The samples were subjected to Western blotting using the indicated Abs. Arrowheads and square brackets indicate each of the proteins.
