  1. The standard deviations are given in the parenthesis, the figure-of-merit RP is for the profiles. The occupation factors of La were all refined to 1.00, whereas that of Mn to 0.99 and O to 0.98. The concentrations are given in the total charge of irradiated ions (μC). All six Mn-O6 bond lengths are equal.
