Hh-active neurospheres share a very similar gene expression profile. WB analysis of the indicated proteins and RT-PCR quantification of the indicated transcripts in 2 weeks old WT, SmoA1 and Ptch1-KO S-cNS and Ptch1-KO cNS. Blot was probed for β-actin as a loading control. For RT-PCR quantification, we used three independent samples for each experimental condition. Transcripts expression was normalized on the mean expression level of four reference genes: Pgk1, Hprt, Gusb, Tfrc. Black dots: fold changes exceeding the maximum value of the given scale.
