  1. Results are obtained for functional networks and the co-occurrence networks from Louvain algorithm (modularity optimization). The p-value represents the percentage of values of DgM from null model inferior to the DgM observed. A percentage inferior to 5% highlights the presence of environmental filter acting on the ecological communities.
