Data are shown as mean ± SD. (A) The AAT levels were 0.87 ± 0.17 mg/mL for the NAFL group, and 0.93 ± 0.23 mg/mL for the NASH group (n.s.). (B) The AAT-A3F levels were 7.63 ± 4.04 μM for the NAFL group and 14.4 ± 14.08 μM for the NASH group (P < 0.001).
