Comparison of the level of EsIAP1 was normalized to dsGFP group. (c) The activities of caspases were determined by measuring hydrolyzing activity against Ac-YVAD-pNA (substrate of caspase-1), Ac-DEVD-pNA (substrate of caspase-3) or Ac-VEID-pNA (substrate of caspase-6).
