Deposition of complement factors in prostate tissues of human BPH patients. Paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate tissues obtained from BPH or bladder tumor patients (controls) were subjected to immunohistochemistry with antibodies against human complement factors. Similar results were obtained from 10 individuals for each group, and representative pictures are shown (Magnification, ×200).
