Standard curves for dNTP measurements in a microplate assay. The reactions, pull-downs, denaturing steps, 5-TAMRA-labeling and washings were performed in a 96-well microplate as described in Materials and Methods. The standard curves are shown for (a) dATP, (b) dTTP, (c) dCTP, and (d) dGTP. Fluorescence units of control reactions without dNTPs were subtracted from the values obtained in order to give normalized fluorescence units (NFU).
