(A) Liver weight and (B) liver triglycerides were measured to assess the influence of L. plantarum LMT1-48 administration in HFD-fed mice (n = 5 mice per group). (C–F) Hepatic mRNA levels of the lipogenic genes (C) PPARγ, (D) HSL, (E) SCD-1, and (F) FAT/CD36 were measured by quantitative real-time PCR.
