Table 3 Fit parameters (ν, η, l) and results (D, tZimm, τintern) for the ZIF model. ApoMb at pD 4 and pD 2 have a comparable Zimm and internal friction relaxation time. ApoMb denaturated by GdmCl has almost the double Zimm relaxation time and no internal friction time. Additional parameters that were used for fitting: T = 283.15 K (corresponding to the temperature the experiments were performed at), N = 20 beads, all 20 modes contribute to relaxation.
