Effect of CoCl2 or DFO treatment on HIF-1α localization in ER +ve breast cancer cells. YS1.2 cells were seeded in 8-chamber Ibidi slides and allowed to grow for 48 h at 37 °C/ 5% CO2. Cells were either untreated (control) or treated with (A) CoCl2 or (B) DFO (100 µM) for times indicated. Cells were then fixed and stained with HIF1α antibody (red), phalloidin (green, to stain F-actin cytoskeleton), and DAPI (blue, to stain the nucleus), 20x magnification. Scale bar represents 20 µm.
