The density plot for the viral movements from the Abuja (most probable root location) to Lagos, Jos, Kaduna and other towns. Lagos had the highest percentage of viral movements from Abuja for the CRF02_AG cluster 1, and CRF02_AG cluster 3; whereas Jos had the highest percentage of viral movements from Abuja for CRF02_AG cluster 2 and subtype G.
