Chrysin inhibits phosphorylation of MAPK and JAK/STAT pathway components induced by TNF-α, IL-17A, and IL-22 in normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK). NHEK were pretreated with different doses of chrysin, and stimulated with either (A) TNF-α, (C) IL-17A, or (E) IL-22, and the quantification data are shown in the right panel (B,D,F). The total protein was extracted from the cells and associated protein expression was determined via western blotting. The results are presented as a percentage of the control. *p < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.
