Calculated Gouy phase shift of the five harmonics 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th and 17th. The x-axis shows the focus position of the harmonics on the propagation axis. The focus position of the harmonics is found to be ≈ 290 μm away from the focus position of the 5 cm mirror.
