The relative value of mRNA expression of apoptosis and oxidative stress-related genes in SK-MEL-31 human melanoma cells after plasma exposure for 180 sec (A3/N3) and 300 sec (A5/N5) with air and N2 cold plasma. The relative mRNA expression of map38, atm, p53, cas8, bax and nox(1–5) subfamily were measured by real-time RT-PCR and 18s rRNA was used as a reference gene. Student’s t-tests were performed, and the levels of significance are indicated as follows: *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; and ***p < 0.001.
