Real time expression of TaCLPB genes in different tissues at the seedling (A), the anthesis (B) and & the 7DAA grain filling (C) stages. Five primers were used to amplify transcripts from the cytoplasmic (TaCLPB-c1, TaCLPB-c2, TaCLPB-c3), the plastid (TaCLPB-p), and the mitochondria (TaCLPB-m) groups respectively. Statistics were done using the analysis of variance (anova) for multiway-treatment structure, followed by a post-hoc multiple comparison using Tukey’s test. Letters are indicating statistical variation among genes at the control. Stars are representing significant differences of expression in comparison with the control (Significance codes: <0.0001 ‘***’; <0.001 ‘**’; <0.01 ‘*’; <0.05 ‘ . ’).
