Inverse relationship between the amount of intracellular viral RNA and antibody on the cell membrane. Live-cell imaging (objective lens 20X, lambda mode) shows the amount of viral RNA (green) in TE-UTR-4Br-infected dAP7 (MOI = 20, 24 h after infection), treated with 1 μg/ml of SV127-Dylight594 at 2 h after infection.
