The systemic effect of 3′-sialyllactose (3′-SL) on the secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IgE in atopic dermatitis (AD) induced mice serum. Secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α and IgE level in the sera of HDM (a,b) and 1% DNCB (c,d) induced mice after elicitation with administered PBS, 3′-SL, and ketotifen as positive control. Serum samples were harvested on day 35 from mice with AD and those administered with 3′-SL, and ketotifen. Secreted IgE and cytokine levels were measured via ELISA. Data are presented as mean ± SD values of each group (n = 6). #P < 0.05 between the HDM (a,b) or 1% DNCB (c,b)-treated groups and the control group; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 in comparison to 1% DNCB or HDM-treated group.
