Coronal-slice microCT images and 3D reconstructions of cancellous bone of the tibia after exposure to simulated spaceflight. Mice were fed either CD or DP and then were either unloaded to simulate weightlessness (HU), irradiated with 2 Gy 137Cs (IR), or a combination of the two (HU + IR). Tibiae were imaged using microCT and 3D reconstructions were performed.
