Survival following the initiation of HFOV in neonates from the neonatal intensive care unit of CGMH 2010–2017. The Kaplan-Meier survival graph is stratified by the OI immediately preceding the use of HFOV, which showed that OI > 20.5 had a significantly higher rate of mortality (OI: oxygenation index, HFOV: high frequency oscillatory ventilation).
