  1. The list of DEGs in the hippocampus of offspring rats prenatally exposed to BPA from RNA-seq analysis were analyzed using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) software to predict neurological diseases and functions associated with DEGs. Results are shown for the separate analyses of the combined group of males and females, males only, and females only. P-values were calculated using Fisher’s exact test. P-value < 0.05 is considered as significant.
