Frequency dependent plasticity effect. Dependence of the conductance variation over time on the stimulation frequency of the Au/LixCoO2/SiOx/TiO2/p + +Si device (top Au electrode: 300 × 300 μm2). It is evident that the conductance variation increases with increasing stimulation frequency. Additionally, the conductance variation of a 10 MΩ resistor, stimulated with the same protocol, is depicted in order to elucidate that the observed conductance oscillations throughout the voltage pulse characterization are externally induced.
