qRT-PCR validation of RNA-seq data. Four differentially expressed genes in the RNA-seq experiment were analyzed by qRT-PCR. Data are shown as the fold change at 200 and 400 mM NaCl relative to the control (No NaCl). The expression data were normalized to gapdh as a reference gene. Relative expression was calculated based on the 2−ΔΔCt method and represent the mean expression value ± SEM (n = 3) relative to the control. (*) represents a statistically significant difference (P ≤ 0.05) when compared to the control.
