Neuroprotective molecules such as Ntf5, Gipr, and Ccl7 highly expressed in REPELL-microglia. C8-B4 microglia were treated with low-dose LPS (1 ng/mL) one or three times (n = 3, in triplicate), and relative mRNA expression of neuroprotective genes was measured by real-time RT-PCR using the 2−∆∆Ct method 4 h after the last LPS treatment. Data were normalized to GAPDH and expressed as the relative fold change over untreated cells.
