Analysis of BR-1-binding proteins. (A) Control and BR-1 beads were mixed with cell lysate (2 mg of protein) from S. lividans TK23 expressing RevU and the bound proteins were analysed by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Lane 1, protein marker.
