(B) In situ hybridization against ghsr1a mRNA was performed in nodose ganglia (left panel). Test of the antisense probe (upper right panel) and sense probe (lower right panel) in the hypothalamus. (C) Retrolabeled gastric neurons were stained for Ghrelin receptor and TRPV1 by immunofluorescence. (D) Retrolabeled gastric neurons were stained for Ghrelin receptor and ASIC3 by immunofluorescence.
